People experiencing financial distress, particularly those on low incomes, are often reluctant to talk about their problems or seek help.
The complexity of different financial products, and the benefits and allowances systems, knowing who to turn to, and especially who to trust, often makes the idea of finding a solution seem impossible.
TCT Tyne to Tweed works through churches, food banks and local community groups to tackle these issues.
Our dedicated Just Finance Development Worker, Liz Chadwick, is committed to supporting increased access to fair and affordable finance and to building peoples' confidence around managing money and setting and achieving financial goals that are realistic and affordable.
